The Whitney Team at First Team Real Estate ("we", "our") publishes the OC Market Brief at ocmarketbrief.com. This notice explains what we collect from visitors, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email, phone number, and (optional) property address you provide, along with the page and call-to-action that prompted the submission. We also collect standard web analytics such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device type, and timestamps.

How we use it

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry about Orange County real estate and to send the requested market report. Submissions are routed to our CRM (Follow Up Boss) so a member of The Whitney Team can follow up. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate this site and our brokerage workflow (hosting, CRM, email delivery, analytics), and when required by law. Housing data displayed on this site is sourced from Reports on Housing by Steven Thomas.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by emailing us. You can also opt out of further communication at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or text we send.
